Alan Moore canta para Occupy Movement

Alan Moore, canta un sencillo o single para Occupation Records, el sello discográfico nacido del Occupy Movement. No hubo mejor fecha para lanzarlo que precisamente el 5 de noviembre, fecha emblemática por el personaje histórico Guy Fawkes, que luego se convertiría en la mascara de V, del comic V de Vendetta.

"La canción cuenta la historia del 'asesinato Inglés' impuesto al pueblo por la avaricia de los bancos y la incompetencia del Estado, y está escrita y cantada por Moore, con música de Joe Brown."

Alan Moore, hablo en enero con alguno de los participantes de Occupy London, vean el video es muy interesante.

The Decline of the English Murder, es un ensayo de George Orwell, escritor ingles autor de Animal Farm.

Publicado por primera vez en 1946, se centra en las costumbres inglesas y los asesinatos famosos, la fascinación que despiertan en los ingleses estas muertes y sus ejecutores, que lleva en muchos casos ha que se escriba mucho al respecto, y claro tal su popularidad que surgen muchos libros exitosos.

El título viene de su análisis del mas reciente y popular caso de asesinato de esa época, donde sus protagonistas son uno americano y una chica inglesa pero americanizada, que sin pasión o emoción detrás comenten varios homicidios, son en si un bajón en el nivel de los asesinatos ingleses.
